Our Order Process: Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed the next business day. Orders made on Friday after 12:00pm EST and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Your Tracking Information: All orders ship via FedEx Ground/FedEx SmartPost. We will try our best to provide you with tracking information within 2 business days from the time of ordering.
Teach My Toddler Inc. and our retailers stand firmly behind the Teach My products. If the product you have purchased does not meet your expectations, you may return it (shipping prepaid) for a refund of the original purchase price.
- You have 30 days after purchase date to return your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require your proof of purchase (order number and date).
- All returns have to be pre-authorized and a RMA number issued by Teach My Toddler Inc.
- Product must be returned prepaid.
- Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip.
- Refunds will be credited back via the same payment form. For online orders this is usually credit card.
- No Cash Refunds will be processed on web orders.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted for reasons not due to our error:
- Any item received back that is not in its original condition.
- Item damaged by user.
- Returned item is missing parts.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your received return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
- Refunds normally take 3-5 business days to get processed by most banks and credit card companies.
- If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, first check your bank / credit card account.
- Then contact your bank / credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please contact Teach My to discuss replacement parts Email Us. If the parts were faulty, we will replace them immediately. If you lost parts, Teach My will need to charge for those individual parts.
If you have received the item as a gift and need to return / exchange the item, the original purchaser would have to contact us to process an exchange or return.
